2. Steep: Pour boiled water over herbs. Cover and let steep 10–15 minutes for daily use.

1. 1 part Lemon Balm – uplifts the spirit, eases anxiety and tension.
2. 1 part Oatstraw – deeply nourishing to the nervous system, rich in minerals.
3. ½ part Chamomile – calms the mind + body, supports restful sleep.
4. ½ part Spearmint (optional) – adds a refreshing flavor, gently cooling.
Instructions:
