ROOTED BIRTH

For families who want steady, supportive care while keeping things simple.

This package is for mothers who want to feel supported, informed, and grounded throughout pregnancy and birth, without needing extended postpartum care.

  • 2 prenatal visits (birth planning, comfort measures, emotional preparation)

  • Unlimited phone/text support throughout pregnancy

  • On-call support from 37–42 weeks

  • Continuous labor + birth support (home, birth center, or hospital)

  • Immediate postpartum care (up to 2 hours after birth)

  • 1 postpartum visit within 2 weeks of delivery

ALIGNED BIRTH

For families who want full, holistic support before and after birth.

This is for mothers who want deeper guidance during pregnancy and intentional support as they transition into postpartum, including herbal care.

  • 3 prenatal visits (birth planning, comfort practices, partner support, herbal + nutritional guidance)

  • Unlimited phone/text support throughout pregnancy

  • On-call support from 37–42 weeks

This is where we begin.
