Introducing Saïge & Soule packages for birth doula services, each package has been designed to provide comprehensive support throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. From basic packages to more tailored options, there's a package that suits your individual needs and preferences.

ROOTED BIRTH

For families who want steady support while staying simple.

2 prenatal visits (birth plan, comfort measures, emotional preparation)

  1. Unlimited phone/text support during pregnancy

  2. On-call from 37–42 weeks

  3. Continuous labor + birth support (home, birth center, or hospital)

  4. Immediate postpartum care (up to 2 hours after birth)

  5. 1 postpartum visit within 2 weeks of delivery

ALIGNED BIRTH

For families who want full, holistic support before and after birth.

3 prenatal visits (birth plan, comfort practices, partner support, nutrition/ herbs if desired)

  1. Unlimited phone/text support during pregnancy

  2. On-call from 37–42 weeks

  3. Continuous labor + birth support

  4. Immediate postpartum care (up to 3 hours after birth)

  5. 2 postpartum visits (first within week 1, second around week 3–4)

Each package offers a different level of care depending on the depth of support you desire.

AWAKENED WOMB

For women beginning their womb-healing journey and seeking reconnection, awareness, and gentle realignment.

  1. 1 initial intake + womb wellness assessment

  2. 1 guided womb connection session (breathwork, visualization, or grounding)

  3. Cycle awareness + regulation support (even if irregular or post-birth)

  4. Intro to nervous system regulation for womb holding + tension release

  5. Gentle herbal guidance with suggested tea or steam options

  6. One follow-up session to integrate and adjust care

NURTURED WOMB

For women seeking deeper emotional, physical, or hormonal womb support, including conception preparation (if desired)

  3. Guided sacred womb ceremony (e.g., release + reclaim, conception calling-in, post-loss honoring, or rebirth ritual)

  4. Full custom herbal support kit (tea, steam, bath blend, or oil)
